What are you involved in?

Besides KASA and lots and lots of schoolwork, I volunteer at my local hospital two hours a week doing paperwork and helping to keep nursing home residents entertained. I also occasionally work for a professor at the university where my parents teach. .

What is your disability?

I have cerebral palsy. I use a walker most of the time and a wheelchair for longer distances.

Why are you involved in KASA?

I got involved in KASA because I wanted to become more involved in the disability community and help other people with disabilities. I also wanted to meet new and interesting people and l wanted to learn more about advocating for myself and others..
